The site assistant

The question that arrives at eleven at night gets answered at eleven at night.

Most of what a visitor wants to know is the same eight questions. Do you cover my area. What does it roughly cost. How soon can you come. Do you do this specific thing. No owner can be awake for all of them, and a visitor with an unanswered question closes the tab. The assistant answers those eight from your real answers, and hands anything else to you with the whole conversation attached.

Why this matters

A chatbot that invents your prices is worse than no chatbot.

The reason so many small businesses have quietly switched theirs off is that a general-purpose bot with nothing grounding it will confidently make things up. It quotes a price you do not charge, promises a service you do not offer, or commits you to a Sunday. You then have to either honor it or open the relationship by telling the customer their information was wrong.

So ours does not guess. It answers from a list of your real answers, written by you, and when a question falls outside that list it says so plainly and passes it to you rather than filling the gap with something plausible. That is a smaller promise than the industry usually makes, and it is one we can actually keep.

How it works

How it gets useful.

  1. We load your real answers

Your prices, your hours, your service area, what you do and what you will not take on. Roughly ten to twenty questions covers most of what gets asked.

  2. A visitor asks, and it matches

Typed questions and a set of tap-to-ask suggestions both work. The suggestions matter more than they sound, because most people do not know what to type first.

  3. Anything unknown comes to you

It says it will not guess, takes a way to reach them, and sends you the question with the full chat, so you answer once and it knows next time.

  4. The list gets better

Every real question a visitor asks is a candidate for the list. After a few weeks it is answering things you would never have thought to put in there.

What you get

What you end up with.

It never invents a price

If it is not in your answers, it does not say it. That single restriction is what makes it safe to leave running while you sleep.

Unanswered questions become leads

The visitor who asked something unusual leaves their details attached to a real question, which is a far warmer lead than a blank contact form.

Included with the build

It ships with every website we build rather than being sold back to you afterward as an upgrade.

What it costs

The price is on the page, not on a sales call.

This one is not an add-on. It ships with every website we build, on Gold at $80 a month plus a $250 one time build fee and on Diamond at $215 a month with no build fee. Nothing on this page is sold back to you as an upgrade later.

Gold

$80/mo + $250 build

A custom build, hosting, your domain, intake forms, security and backups, and this, at no extra charge.

Diamond

$215/mo

Everything in Gold with no build fee, plus all four tool packages, monitoring, priority on changes and monthly reporting by email.

Month to month, no cancellation fee, and your domain is registered in your name. Full details on the pricing page, and the whole list of what we run is on the services page.

Straight answers

We will tell you exactly what it is.

  • It is a scripted assistant, not a general AI. It matches what a visitor asks against answers you wrote. It does not reason about your business and it will not hold a long open-ended conversation.
  • That is deliberate today and it is not where we intend to stop. An assistant grounded in your real prices and services, answering in its own words but with no freedom to invent, is what we want to ship. Until that is genuinely safe, we would rather sell you the version that cannot embarrass you.
  • And it does not replace picking up the phone. It handles the eight repeat questions so that the calls you do take come from people who are already past them.
Common questions

Asked before people buy this.

Is this a real AI chatbot?

It is a scripted assistant. It matches questions against answers you wrote rather than generating its own, which is why it cannot invent a price or promise a service you do not offer. We say that plainly because most of the industry does not.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says it will not guess, asks for a way to reach you, and sends the question along with the whole conversation. You answer once and it knows next time.

How many questions does it need to be useful?

Ten to twenty covers most of what a local business gets asked. We draft them from your existing pages and you correct them.

Does the assistant cost extra?

No. It is included with every website we build, on Gold at $80 a month plus a $250 one time build fee and on Diamond at $215 a month.

Will it answer questions at night and on weekends?

That is most of what it is for. A question that arrives outside your hours is the one most likely to go to a competitor if nothing answers it.

A website that answers customer questions while you work covers which ten questions to load first. On the other side of the same problem, getting found in AI search and why ChatGPT does not recommend your business deal with assistants people use instead of Google, and the visitor dashboard shows you what the conversations turned into.

Answer the question while you are asleep.

We read every one. If this is not the right fix for you we will say so instead of booking a call to tell you slowly.
