Do you groom anxious or senior dogs?
Yes, gladly. We schedule nervous and senior pups in our quietest morning slots, work in short sessions with breaks, and never use cage dryers. Tell the chat concierge about your dog and it will flag the booking for extra time.
How far ahead should I book a Saturday?
Saturdays usually fill about a week out. The chat concierge shows live openings around the clock, so if a slot frees up from a cancellation you can grab it the moment it appears.
What is the deshedding add-on?
A specialty treatment for double-coated breeds. We use a coat-release shampoo, a high-velocity dry and undercoat rakes to remove the loose fluff before it lands on your sofa. It adds about 20 minutes and 20 dollars to a groom.
