Websites For Med Spas

A med spa website that books consults while you are in a room.

Your next client is researching at 10pm with a specific concern and no idea what the treatment is called. If your site only lists brand names, she leaves for the one that speaks her language. We build med spa sites organized around concerns, priced in the open, and always taking bookings.

Why It Matters

She knows the concern, not the treatment.

Nobody wakes up wanting a specific laser. They wake up tired of the sun spots. The med spa sites that convert are built backward from the concern: pick what bothers you, see what treats it, see what it costs, book the consult. Every step she can take alone at night is a step your front desk does not have to sell in daylight.

This is also one of the highest-spend local verticals there is, which means your competitors run ads. A site that answers concern, price, and credential turns their traffic into your bookings, because the researcher opens three tabs and stays on the one that respects her questions.

Credentials do the quiet work. Who holds the needle, what they are licensed in, and where they trained is the safety question every first-timer has and almost nobody asks out loud. Answering it on the page is worth more than any before-and-after.

Built For The Way You Get Hired

What a med spa site needs.

Shop By Concern

The navigation your client actually thinks in. Concern first, treatment second, price third, and the concern she picked carries into the booking form so the consult starts prepared.

From-Prices On The Menu

A range next to every treatment. Hidden prices read as expensive; published ranges read as honest, and they filter nobody who was going to book.

The Injector's Credentials

Who holds the needle, their license, their training. It is the safety question every first-timer has, answered before it is asked.

Consult Booking After Hours

The decision happens at night. The form works then, asks little, and the follow-up sequence remembers the no-shows and the clients due back for maintenance.

Flat, Simple Pricing

Small money next to one member client.

Gold · The website
$80/mo + $250 build

A custom build, hosting, security and backups, consult requests that arrive with the concern attached, a visitor dashboard and an instant answers widget. One location and one service area, live in days.

Diamond · Most popular
$215/mo

Everything in Gold with no build fee, plus every tool package, monitoring and updates, priority on changes, extra locations, and your numbers emailed monthly.

Med spa math makes this an easy table to read: one membership client covers a year of Diamond, so the question is never the fee, it is whether the site books consults. The four tool packages bolt onto Gold one at a time: Get found at $35 a month for the contractor schema and review markup that search and AI assistants read, Capture the lead at $25 for call and text tracking with routing by job type, Follow up automatically at $25 for the consult that no-showed and the client due back for maintenance, and Look the part on paper at $25 for branded quotes and paperwork that match the room. All four on Gold come to $190 a month plus the build fee, which stays cheaper than Diamond at $215; Diamond is for having the whole thing run for you, and we will tell you which fits rather than upsell you. Every package also works on a spa site somebody else built.

No contracts. Cancel anytime, and the domain and files are yours. Full details on the pricing page.

Common Questions

Asked by owners in your trade.

How much does a med spa website cost?

On our Gold plan it is a $250 one time build fee and $80 a month, which covers the custom build, hosting, security, backups, quote forms, a visitor dashboard, and an instant answers widget. Diamond is $215 a month with no build fee and includes every tool package plus monitoring, content updates, priority on changes, and monthly reporting. All pricing is public on the pricing page, and there is no contract.

Can we publish prices without scaring people off?

Ranges work. A from-price filters nobody who was going to buy and reassures everyone who was afraid to ask. Our demo shows how it reads in practice, treatment by treatment.

Do you handle before-and-after photos?

We build the gallery, and it only ever holds your own consented client photos. We never stock-fill results, and we would talk you out of it if you asked, because in this vertical a fake result is the fastest way to lose the room.

We book through our practice software. Does the site fight it?

No. The site takes the request and carries the concern into whatever books your rooms today, and the follow-up tools work alongside it rather than replacing it.

Will my spa show up when people ask ChatGPT or Google for treatments?

Nobody can promise a placement, and we will not either. What we do is the groundwork those systems read: structured data for an aesthetics practice, a page per concern and treatment, and reviews marked up so machines can quote them. That is what makes you eligible to be the answer.

How fast can it be live?

Days, not months. You send your treatment menu, your prices or ranges, your injector bios, and photos of your rooms; we handle design, copy, and setup, and typical builds go live inside a week.

More on winning the aesthetics client.

The research session is where the consult is won, and a website that answers questions covers the instant-answer side. When a consult goes quiet, why leads stop calling back and how follow-up recovers them shows the recovery. And how AI assistants pick which businesses to mention explains the groundwork behind the late-night search.
