Half your marketing works. You just cannot see which half.
A business that cannot attribute its calls makes budget decisions from memory, and memory is biased toward whatever happened most recently. The truck wrap gets credit for a call that came from a service page. The directory listing that produces nothing gets renewed for another year because cancelling it feels risky.
Once calls carry a source, that argument ends. You keep what produces calls and you cancel what does not, and the decision takes about a minute rather than a season.
How the source gets attached.
-
Each channel gets its own number
One for the site, one for the map profile, one for the ad, one for the sign. They all ring your phone the same way and you never manage more than one line.
-
Every call is logged with its source
Which number they dialed, which page they were on, the time, the length, and whether anybody picked up.
-
Missed calls are marked as missed
The most useful column on the report is the one you least want to read: how many people called and got nothing at all.
-
The report reads in English
Twelve calls from the emergency page, four from the map profile, one from the directory you renew every January. That is the whole point of it.
What you end up with.
Calls counted as leads, not as traffic
Visits are a vanity number. A call is a person with a problem and your number open in front of them. The dashboard counts the second thing.
Which page produced the call
Not just that the website worked, but which page did the work. That tells you what to build more of, which is the only decision that compounds.
Texts tracked the same way
A text to your business number is a lead too, and it belongs in the same log rather than living only in your messages app.
The price is on the page, not on a sales call.
It is part of the Capture the lead package at $25 a month. That adds to Gold at $80 a month plus a $250 one time build fee, and comes included on Diamond at $215 a month. Every price we charge is published, and this one runs on a site we did not build.
Capture the lead
The package this belongs to. Add it to Gold, or get it included on Diamond. It also runs on a website we did not build.
Gold
The site itself: a custom build, hosting, your domain, intake forms, a visitor dashboard and the answers assistant.
Diamond
Everything in Gold with no build fee, plus all four packages, monitoring, priority on changes and your numbers emailed monthly.
Month to month, no cancellation fee, and your domain is registered in your name. Full details on the pricing page, and the whole list of what we run is on the services page.
The honest caveats.
- Tracking numbers have to be handled carefully. Google's map results care whether your business number is consistent everywhere it appears, so the tracking number goes on the site and the ads while your real number stays on the profile and the listings. Done carelessly, call tracking can cost you local ranking, which is exactly why it is worth having set up by someone who knows that.
- It does not tell you what was said. It tells you a call happened, from where, for how long, and whether it was answered. If you want the conversation itself, that is a different product with real consent-law questions attached, and we will not sell it to you as though it were this one.
- And it improves nothing on its own. It is a measuring instrument. What improves the number is what you change once you can finally see it.
Asked before people buy this.
What is call tracking?
A separate phone number for each place your business appears. All of them ring your normal phone, but the log records which number was dialed, so each call arrives with a source attached instead of anonymously.
Will tracking numbers hurt my Google ranking?
They can, if the wrong number ends up on your Google Business Profile and your listings. Consistency of your business number across the web is part of how local ranking works, so the tracking number goes on the site and the ads while your real number stays on the profile.
What does call and text tracking cost?
It is part of the Capture the lead package at $25 a month, which adds to Gold at $80 a month, or comes included on Diamond at $215 a month. Gold also carries a $250 one time build fee.
Do you record calls?
No. Call recording is a separate thing with genuine two-party consent law behind it in Florida and other states, and it is not part of this.
Does it work on a website you did not build?
Yes. Capture the lead is one of the four packages designed to run on a site we did not build.

The calls this shows you as missed are the ones missed-call text-back is built to rescue. How to know if your website is working covers the wider question of what to count, is my marketing working covers reporting, and the visitor dashboard is where all of it comes together in one screen.
