We look at the business first, the website second
Before anyone quotes you, the useful question is where the work is leaking and roughly what it is worth. A shop that is booked solid but loses half its quotes has a different problem from one whose phone does not ring.
So we look at the whole path first, then come back with what will move the most and what we would set up first. If something you already have is working, we say so and leave it alone. That is a client we keep, which is the trade we would rather make.
