The work is already done. The chasing is what nobody does.
Every quote you write costs you a drive, a measure-up and an hour at a laptop. Then it is left to survive on its own in somebody else's inbox. The follow-up costs you nothing you have not already spent, which makes it the cheapest work in the business and the first thing dropped in a busy week.
Doing it by hand does not scale past about a dozen open quotes. Doing it automatically scales to any number and never has a bad week, which is the entire argument for it.
What actually goes out.
-
The quote goes out and a clock starts
Nothing else changes about how you work. You send the estimate the way you already send it.
-
Short messages go out over about ten days
Three or four of them, each one short, each one in your voice, and none of them saying "just checking in" for the fourth time.
-
It stops the second they reply
The single most important rule in the whole system. An automation that keeps sending after a human has answered makes you look like a machine, and it is exactly why people distrust this.
-
Then it stops anyway
There is no indefinite drip. Once the sequence ends they are left alone until you decide otherwise.
What we set up with you.
Three sequences, not one
A nudge for a quote that went quiet, a thank you after the job that asks for the review, and a come-back reminder for a customer who is due. Different jobs, written differently.
Written in your voice, once
We draft them with you at setup and you approve every word. They are your messages sent on a schedule, not a template with your name pasted into it.
You can read what went out
Every message, to whom, when, and what came back. Nothing sends from your business that you cannot see afterward.
The price is on the page, not on a sales call.
It is part of the Follow up automatically package at $25 a month. That adds to Gold at $80 a month plus a $250 one time build fee, and comes included on Diamond at $215 a month. Every price we charge is published, and this one runs on a site we did not build.
Follow up automatically
The package this belongs to. Add it to Gold, or get it included on Diamond. It also runs on a website we did not build.
Gold
The site itself: a custom build, hosting, your domain, intake forms, a visitor dashboard and the answers assistant.
Diamond
Everything in Gold with no build fee, plus all four packages, monitoring, priority on changes and your numbers emailed monthly.
Month to month, no cancellation fee, and your domain is registered in your name. Full details on the pricing page, and the whole list of what we run is on the services page.
Where we switch it off.
- It stays off for anyone who asked you to stop, and every message carries a real way to opt out, because commercial email in the United States is governed by the CAN-SPAM Act and that part is not optional.
- It stays off for anything sensitive. A follow-up sequence after a funeral service, a medical result or a legal consultation is inappropriate no matter how well it is written, and we will say so rather than build it.
- And it will not save a quote that lost on price or on trust. It recovers the ones that went quiet by accident, which is a meaningful share of them and not all of them.
Asked before people buy this.
Will it keep messaging someone who already replied?
No. A reply stops the sequence immediately. That single rule is what decides whether follow-up reads as attentive or as spam.
How many messages does it send?
Usually three or four over about ten days, and then it stops. There is no indefinite drip.
Is it email or text?
Either, and which one depends on your customers. Text gets read more and is easier to over-use, so the important messages tend to go there and the rest stay on email.
Do I write the messages?
We draft them with you and you approve every word before anything sends. They should sound like the person the customer already met.
What does automated follow-up cost?
It is the Follow up automatically package at $25 a month. It adds to Gold at $80 a month plus a $250 one time build fee, is included on Diamond at $215 a month, and runs on a website we did not build.

How to follow up after sending an estimate gives you the four messages word for word if you would rather send them yourself, and why your leads are not calling back covers what response speed does to a close rate. The after-the-job sequence is also how review requests get asked, and the estimate itself is what starts the clock.
