The Operating System For Concrete Contractors

You already quote enough driveways. Most of them just never get answered.

For concrete contractors doing $400k to $1.2M a year and ready to run like a company. A driveway quote is four to nine thousand dollars and it usually dies in silence, not in a no. We take the whole path over: the homeowner’s questions answered on your site while you are screeding, every quote tracked in the CRM and chased until somebody answers, the finished pour photographed and asked for a review, and the customer reminded when the patio they mentioned is finally in the budget. Built and run for you.

Why It Matters

A concrete quote is a five-figure decision made from a phone in a driveway.

Nobody buys concrete twice in a decade, so the homeowner has no idea what a fair number looks like. They call three contractors, get three verbal figures and one text message, and then they stall, because stalling is what people do when they cannot tell the difference between the bids. The contractor who sends a written scope with the sub-base, the thickness, the mesh or fiber, the control joint plan and the tear-out and haul-away spelled out is not just more professional. He is the only one who made the decision possible.

The second thing that kills concrete jobs is the gap. Between the quote and the pour sits a permit, an HOA, a utility locate, a soil question and about three weeks of Florida afternoon storms. Every one of those is a reason for the homeowner to go quiet, and going quiet is not a no. It is a job waiting for somebody to follow up. Most contractors follow up once, from the truck, and then let it go.

And then there is the work you already did. A driveway customer is a patio customer, a walkway customer, a pool deck customer and a slab-for-the-shed customer, spread over the next ten years. Almost nobody in this trade ever contacts them again. The photographs of their own finished driveway, sent back to them with a note about the patio they mentioned, is the cheapest job you will ever sell.

Built For The Way You Get Hired

What a concrete company actually needs.

Every quote tracked, start to finish

Each lead lands in the CRM with the job, the address and its history, and every quote carries its stage: sent, chased, won or lost. The pipeline stops living in your head and your call log.

The quiet quote gets chased

Nothing is signed the day you hand it over. The follow-up runs on its own over the next ten days and stops the second they reply, so the permit delay stops costing you the job.

Finished work, sorted by the job

Driveways, patios, pool decks, stamped, broom finish, exposed aggregate, each with its own gallery and its own page. A homeowner shopping a stamped patio sees stamped patios, not a slideshow of everything you have ever poured.

The customer comes back for the patio

Review asked for after the pour while they are still standing on it, then a reminder months later about the work they said they would do next. The second job costs you nothing but the reminder.

Flat, Simple Pricing

Two and a half driveways a year covers the whole thing.

Business Operating System · Website included

$349/mo

Includes a fully custom, multi-page website that is SEO optimized and AI optimized, with intake forms, career forms and an AI chatbot, a CRM with the automated follow-up and reminder tool inside it, a visitor analytics dashboard, online booking and scheduling with deposits, two-way texting, a review builder, a knowledge management system, an online presence audit, Google Business Profile optimization and priority website changes. Gold · The website on its own

$80/mo + $250 build

A custom build, hosting, security and backups, intake forms that arrive labeled, the visitor analytics dashboard and the AI chatbot. One location and one service area, live in days. The answer if a site is genuinely all you want.

The arithmetic is unusually clean in this trade. A residential driveway runs around $6,400 and the gross margin on flatwork sits near a quarter, so roughly $1,600 of it is yours. The Operating System is $4,188 a year. Two and a half extra driveways covers it, and the whole point of the system is that you already quoted more than that and never heard back.

A part-time office person to do the chasing runs $2,000 to $3,000 a month. An answering service that only picks up the phone runs $250 to $350. We are $349 a month, month to month, and the build is refundable for ninety days.

The 90-day guarantee. Cancel inside ninety days for any reason and we refund the $500 build in full, no questions asked. Monthly fees cover the months the system ran and are not refunded, and the site and domain stay yours either way.

No contracts. Cancel anytime, and the domain and files are yours. Full details on the pricing page.

Common Questions

Asked by owners in your trade.

Most of my work is word of mouth. Why would I need any of this?

Because word of mouth still ends in a search. Somebody gives your name at a barbecue, the homeowner looks you up that night, and what comes up decides whether the referral survives. And referral work has the same problem as every other kind: you quote it, they go quiet while they think about the money, and nobody follows up. That is the part this fixes, not the part where you find the lead.

I already send quotes. Why do so many go quiet?

Partly because a number in a text message cannot be compared to anything, so the homeowner stalls or defaults to the lowest one. A written scope with the sub-base, the thickness, the reinforcement and the joint plan makes the cheap bid look like what it usually is, a thinner slab on unprepared ground. The rest is that nobody follows up, which is the part the automated follow-up and reminder tool does for you.

My jobs are seasonal and weather kills my schedule. Does that break this?

It is the reason to have it. A rained-out week is when the follow-up on last month’s quotes should be running, and it is exactly the week you are least likely to do it by hand. The sequences do not care what the sky is doing.

Can you separate a small repair from a full tear-out and replace?

Yes. The intake form asks what the visitor needs before it reaches you, so a cracked-apron patch and a full driveway replacement arrive labeled differently, and you stop burning a site visit to find out which one it was.

Will I show up when somebody asks ChatGPT for a concrete contractor?

Nobody can promise a placement and we will not. What we do is the groundwork those systems read: structured data for a concrete contractor, a page per service and per town you actually pour in, and reviews marked up so a machine can quote them. That makes you eligible to be the answer, and almost nobody in this trade has done it.

How fast does it go live?

Days, not months, once you send content and photos. The build is $500 once, refundable in full for ninety days, and the site and domain are in your name from day one.

More on winning the concrete customer.

The estimate is where these jobs are won or lost, and how to write an estimate that wins the job covers what belongs on it. When a quote goes quiet during the permit wait, what to do after the estimate and why leads stop calling back show how to get it moving. And because concrete is bought by town, whether you should have a page for each town you serve and how to get more Google reviews without asking badly cover the groundwork.
