The math on one referral
One client on the Operating System is worth about $938 to you in year one.20% of $349 a month for twelve months plus the $500 build, paid to you monthly as it comes in. Five referrals a year is a second income line for a solo bookkeeper.
You see the invoices typed into a phone and the estimates that never became jobs. If you do attest work for a client, the law says no commission; we credit the client instead and you still look good.
Every contractor policy you write is an owner who wants to look established. A real system is how they get there.
The moment they hire a second crew is the moment they stop being able to answer the phone.
Counter staff hear "I lost that bid" every week. You can hand them a card that fixes why.

The terms, in plain words
- You earn 20% of everything a referred business pays us in its first twelve months: the build fee and every monthly payment, on any plan.
- Paid monthly, by check or transfer, as each payment clears. First payout after the client's second month.
- A referral is yours when the business names you, uses your link, or you tell us about them before they contact us. Earliest claim wins.
- If a professional rule stops you taking a commission, tell us and the same 20% becomes a credit on the client's bill, with your name on it.
- No exclusivity, no minimums, cancel by email any time. Referrals already in their first year keep paying you.
- We never contact your clients without your introduction or their request.
