Visitor dashboard

Google Analytics answered a question you were not asking.

You do not need bounce rate. You need to know whether last month produced more calls than the month before, where those calls came from, and which quote is sitting untouched. That is four numbers and a list. It should take thirty seconds to read, not a training course and a login you will forget.

Why this matters

Visits are a vanity number. Leads are the score.

A month with more visitors and fewer calls is a worse month, and a dashboard built around traffic will present it to you as a better one. That is how owners end up paying for something that is not working: the number that went up was the wrong number.

So the front of this dashboard is calls, form submissions and direction requests, with visits sitting behind them as context. Then the leads themselves, with the stage each one is at, because the quote nobody chased is the most expensive thing on the page.

How it works

What it puts in front of you.

  1. It counts what a lead actually is

Calls, forms, texts and direction requests. Actions a person takes when they want to hire you, not actions a browser takes.

  2. It shows where they came from

Search, the map profile, social, a direct visit, or an ad. Enough detail to tell what is worth continuing and no more.

  3. Every lead carries a stage

New, quoted, won, lost. Move one and the numbers recompute, so your win rate becomes a real figure instead of a memory.

  4. You read it in half a minute

One screen, plain English, no report builder, and nothing that needs explaining twice.

What you get

What you end up with.

Written for an owner, not an analyst

No sessions, no engagement rate, no funnel builder. The words on the screen are words you already use about your own business.

Which page did the work

You find out that one service page produces most of the calls, and then you know exactly what to build more of.

A monthly email if you want one

On Diamond the numbers arrive by email once a month, so reading them does not depend on you remembering to look.

What it costs

The price is on the page, not on a sales call.

This one is not an add-on. It ships with every website we build, on Gold at $80 a month plus a $250 one time build fee and on Diamond at $215 a month with no build fee. Nothing on this page is sold back to you as an upgrade later.

Gold

$80/mo + $250 build

A custom build, hosting, your domain, intake forms, security and backups, and this, at no extra charge.

Diamond

$215/mo

Everything in Gold with no build fee, plus all four tool packages, monitoring, priority on changes and monthly reporting by email.

Month to month, no cancellation fee, and your domain is registered in your name. Full details on the pricing page, and the whole list of what we run is on the services page.

Straight answers

What it does not do.

  • It does not identify individual visitors. It counts them and groups them. Tools that claim to tell you which company or which person browsed your site sit in a legally uncomfortable place, and we do not sell one.
  • It is not a replacement for Google Analytics if you genuinely use Google Analytics. Most owners do not, which is the entire reason this exists, but if you run campaigns and read the reports then keep it and run both.
  • And it will not tell you why a number moved. It tells you clearly that it moved, which is the part almost nobody currently has.
Common questions

Asked before people buy this.

Does this replace Google Analytics?

For most owners it replaces the reason they installed it and never logged back in. If you actively use Analytics, keep it, because the two run side by side without any conflict.

Can I see who visited my website?

You can see how many, from where, and what they did. You cannot see who, and it is worth being cautious of anyone selling you a tool that claims otherwise.

Does the dashboard track phone calls?

Calls placed by tapping the number on your site are counted. Attributing every call, including the ones from a sign or a map profile, is call tracking, which is part of the Capture the lead package at $25 a month.

Does the dashboard cost extra?

No. Visitor analytics is included with every website we build, on Gold at $80 a month plus a $250 one time build fee and on Diamond at $215 a month.

Do I get a report I do not have to log in for?

On Diamond your numbers are emailed once a month in plain English. On Gold the dashboard is there whenever you want to look at it.
