How much does a move cost?

Local moves are priced by crew size and hours: a typical 2 bedroom runs a 3 person crew about 5 hours. Use the instant estimate on this page for your size, then we confirm a flat quote before anything is loaded. Long distance moves get a guaranteed flat price up front.

Is the estimate binding?

The online estimate is a realistic range. Before your move we confirm the details and give you a flat quote in writing, and that flat quote is what you pay. We do not do surprise add-ons at the curb.

Do you require a deposit?

A small deposit holds your date and comes off the final bill. It's fully refundable if you cancel with at least 72 hours notice.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're a registered Florida mover, fully insured, and cargo protection is included on every job. Ask for our license number and certificate of insurance any time, we hand them out proudly.

Do you move pianos and safes?

Yes, with the proper equipment and a crew sized for the job. Tell us what it is, what floor it's on, and where it's going, and we'll quote it flat.

How far in advance should I book?

End of month and weekends fill first. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable, but call regardless, we keep room for short notice moves when we can.
