How training at Forge works
A written plan on day one
You walk out of the free intro holding four weeks of training. Days, lifts, sets, and the weight to start at.
A coach on the floor, every hour
Forge has no unstaffed hours. Whenever the doors are open, somebody is watching the lift and correcting it.
Small groups stop at ten
Ten people, one coach, one whiteboard. Past that the class closes and the next slot opens instead.
Month to month, in writing
No twelve month contract and no cancellation fee. Tell the desk in writing and the next month does not bill.
Why this gym exists
The equipment is the easy part. Knowing what to do on Tuesday is the part people quit over.
Fourteen racks, two platforms and a turf lane are not the reason anyone stays. People stay because somebody wrote down what they are doing this week, watched them do it, and changed it when it stopped working.
Every Forge membership is built on a written program that gets reviewed with a coach every four weeks.

What we run
Six programs, and only six
A gym that offers forty classes teaches none of them well. Forge runs six programs, each on a repeating twelve week cycle, so a coach can tell you exactly where you will be in March.

Still training at month twelve
The number that matters
Seven in ten Forge members are still training a year after they join
The industry number is closer to half that, and it is the reason most gyms sell twelve month contracts. Forge does not need one. The coaching, the small groups and the four week program review are what keep the floor full, and they are the only retention plan we have.
“If you are still here at month twelve, we did our job. If you are not, a contract would not have fixed it.”
The week
Coached sessions run at the hours people can actually make
Early
5:30 and 6:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Out the door by 7:30, showered.
Midday
Noon strength on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Forty five minutes, no shower queue.
Evening
4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. The busiest block, so classes cap and a fourth slot opens.
Saturday
Team lift at 8 a.m. One long session, everybody on the platforms, coffee after.
Open 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays, 7 to 2 Saturday, 8 to noon Sunday
