These are the actual terms from the founding client agreement you'll sign. No gotchas waiting in paragraph nine.
$70 a month, in writing
Your rate is locked at $70 per month. The single exception: if our underlying domain or hosting costs rise more than 15%, your rate adjusts proportionally, and you get 30 days written notice first.
Leave whenever, free
Cancel any time at no fee with notice at least 5 business days before your billing date. Inside that window, a flat $20 late cancellation fee applies. That's it.
Never held hostage
Want your domain released to you? Flat $20 transfer fee, which covers billing overlap on our end. You're never locked out of your own web address.
We don't guarantee rankings
Every site is built with proper SEO structure, but nobody honest can promise you a Google position. We put that in the agreement so the expectations are real from day one.

What is the Founders Package?
Our first 5 Central Florida businesses get a complete managed website at $70 per month with no build fee, locked at that rate under our founding client agreement. We are building our local portfolio, and in exchange the first 5 get the lowest rate we will ever offer.
Is the $70 rate really locked?
Yes. Per the founding client agreement, your rate stays at $70 per month. The only exception is if our underlying domain or hosting costs rise more than 15 percent, in which case your rate adjusts proportionally with 30 days written notice.
What do I get for $70 a month?
A complete website customized to your business: every standard section for your business type, your branding, services, photos, and company information, with SEO optimization, customer intake forms, website hosting, domain hosting, and content updates as needed via ticket. Optional add-on tools like the AI chatbot or visitor tracking dashboard are available at standard pricing.
Can I cancel?
Any time, no cancellation fee, as long as you give notice at least 5 business days before your billing date. Inside that window a flat $20 late cancellation fee applies. If you want your domain released to you, the transfer fee is a flat $20.
What happens after the 5 spots fill?
The founding rate retires and the next batch onboards at a higher monthly rate with a build fee. Founding clients keep their $70 rate. That is the whole point of signing early.
Do you guarantee search rankings?
No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. Every site is built with proper SEO structure and optimization, but no honest provider can promise a specific Google position.
