Studio policies.
Booking & deposits
A $25 deposit holds your appointment and comes off your total. It's how I protect the schedule for everyone.
Running late
Life happens. More than 15 minutes late and we may need to shorten or rebook so the next guest starts on time.
Cancellations
Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours out and your deposit moves with you. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is kept.
First visit
Arrive with clean skin if you can, but don't stress it. Please skip retinol for three days before facials and peels.

Which facial should I book first?
The Signature Facial. It includes a full skin analysis, so it's the best starting point even if you eventually want peels or dermaplaning. If you already know your concern, the consult on this page points you to the right fit.
How often should I get facials?
For compounding results, every four to six weeks, which matches your skin's natural turnover. A single visit still feels wonderful, but consistency is what changes skin.
Does waxing hurt?
Briefly, and less each time. We use gentle hard wax on delicate areas with proper prep and aftercare, and most guests are surprised how quick it is.
Is dermaplaning safe? Will hair grow back thicker?
Yes it's safe, and no, that's a myth. Peach fuzz grows back exactly as it was. Dermaplaning is physical exfoliation done with a sterile blade by a trained, licensed esthetician.
What should I do before a chemical peel?
Stop retinol and strong acids three days prior, arrive without a fresh sunburn, and plan for light flaking a few days after. You'll get full pre and post care instructions when you book.
Do you take walk-ins?
The studio is appointment-only so every guest gets an unhurried, private hour. Booking takes about a minute through the form below or by text.
